Revision requests
Include direct, actionable notes about the mismatch—such as pose, expression, outfit direction, or element emphasis. Revisions refine your approved direction; they do not convert an original order into a franchise copy or living artist imitation.
After delivery
Because character work is made to order, completed downloadable deliverables are reviewed case by case. If there is a production issue, contact support promptly with your private order reference.
Human review
We may pause a delivery that needs additional quality or safety review. This protects both the customer and the originality of Kairova’s work.
