Kairova treats reference photos, quiz answers, customization notes, and final character assets as private customer content. We do not automatically publish customer material in a gallery, social post, or marketing campaign.

How production works
Authorized production team members may access the information necessary to review, create, quality-check, and deliver your order. Questionable outputs are routed for human review instead of automatic delivery.
Your choices
You may contact support to ask about your order data or to withdraw permission for promotional use. We only use customer work publicly where you have separately given clear permission.
Security
We use platform-supported order and delivery workflows. Do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or content you do not have permission to share.
